InLinks has helped me a lot with narrowing in on entities on a few sites and helped me realize we had some issues. Also, the Schema mark-up services are so helpful and saved me a ton of time.

Of course, the automatic internal links tools are also extremely nice – especially for a huge site or a site that just needs the final touch on internal links.
