Sometimes, there is no individual who can be attributed as the author of a piece of content on InLinks. The "New Team" is therefore a user handle that the editors can use, so that they do not unduly confuse generic content with a specific person.

Whilst this may not be a conventional way to handle this kind of content, it certainly isn't unprecedented.
