Whenever you run an audit on Inlinks or create a content brief, you’ll see an icon on the right-hand side of the screen next to the audits. This icon allows you to assign access to the audit.

★ Here’s how to do it:

Click the assignment icon next to the audit Click “Add new writer” Enter the writer’s name and email address Click OK Select the writer you just added Set a due date Add any necessary comments Click Submit

Once complete, your writer will have direct access to this audit and can start updating your page with entity optimization based on your target keyword.

The process is identical for content briefs – you’ll see the same icon that allows you to assign the brief to an external writer.

This is a handy feature within Inlinks if you have a team of writers working with you to update or create website content. It allows you to give them direct access to content briefs and audits so your team can handle all your content updates efficiently.
